Tilting grading buckets
Our tilting grading buckets can handle many heavy-duty tasks. On the very large excavators that are used on large road projects, for example, many choose to have the tilting grading bucket mounted directly.
If you have a mini excavator and want to avoid the costly expense of a tilt-rotator, a tilting grading bucket can be a good alternative.
We offer a wide range of tilting grading buckets for excavators with an operating weight of 800 kg – 90 tonnes. Our buckets are available with different side plate profiles and in different widths. All buckets are from Nordic Line and are made from high-strength steel, which makes the buckets lighter and stronger at the same time.
Specifications:
- 2×45 degrees tilt angle
- Heavy-duty, machined tilt system
- O-rings and hardened shims between the bucket part and bucket ear unit
- Large contact surfaces between the bucket part and the bucket ear unit
- Mounted with hydraulic hoses up to the top of the bucket ears, finished with a bulkhead connector.

Tilt-rotator grading buckets
JST tilt-rotator grading buckets are designed for optimal use with tilt-rotators. The buckets can be found in our Nordic Line, which is made from high-strength steel. They are therefore relatively lightweight, like our other products in the range, but are still extremely robust thanks to the high-strength steel.
The design with bevelled corners, open angle, long and flat bottom and conical design allows the bucket to cut through the material with minimal digging resistance. At the same time, the bevelled corners allow for full utilisation of the tilt-rotator.
