In the early spring of 2025, we had the pleasure of working closely with MM Maskinudlejning on the delivery of a custom-built well bucket – a project that went far beyond standard solutions and required insight, trust, and creativity.
Why JST? A strong name in the industry
As Mads from MM Maskinudlejning puts it, choosing JST was an easy decision:
“The choice of JST was relatively easy for me because their brand and their name in the industry carry a lot of weight. And honestly, I guess I’m a bit of a trend follower,” he says with a smile.
Mads and Mathias from JST first met at the Agromek trade fair, where the initial focus was on purchasing a set of standard buckets. That first successful collaboration quickly laid the foundation for a more ambitious request: a custom solution for a task that demanded something special.

The challenge: A custom solution for complex jobs
The requirements were clear: MM Maskinudlejning needed a well bucket capable of working underneath cables, reaching into narrow areas, and delivering high precision at depth.
The specific need was for a bucket that could scoop from both above and “from the neck” – meaning it had to work both under and straight down. Mathias stepped in, and together, a focused development process began, aimed at creating a solution tailored to their machines and needs.
Turning collaboration into results
Drawings were made, details discussed, and a solution developed that was not typically designed for that size of machine. The close dialogue and mutual trust between Mads and Mathias were key to bringing the project to the finish line.
The result: A tailored well bucket
The result was a well bucket measuring over three meters in length, now in active use at MM Maskinudlejning. Its long and narrow design enables precise work without putting unnecessary strain on workers in the trench – all while maintaining top-tier quality and functionality.
The bucket is purpose-built for jobs like pushing pipes into existing wells, crossing cables, or working near concrete in confined spaces.
Relationships matter more than products
At JST, we take pride in delivering Danish quality – but even more so in building long-lasting relationships with our customers.
As Mads says in the video:
“When I’m buying a product, it’s important that I trust the person I’m talking to. And that trust was there with Mathias from day one. When I asked something, I got a clear and constructive answer.”
This kind of professional dialogue and ongoing collaboration leads to solutions that don’t just work on paper – they make a real difference on the job site.
